you can learn it from going to a local beauty school.....they have classes on it.Okay so I want to be a make up artist but it says that I need some cosemtology experience?
That probley means, You need to go to School, Get your cos. License, work in a Salon, then become a Specialized Make up Artist.
I'm pretty sure.
