I am a certified Make-up Artist and i was wondering how to become a Make-up Artist for the deceased at a mortuary? Ive looked everywhere for info but cant seem to find any!Become a make-up artist for a mortuary?

The make-up and cosmetics are done by us, the funeral directors. We are all trained in mortuary school about cosmetics and the application (it is not the same as on a live person). We are extensively trained in colors, application and reconstruction, therefore, it is unlikely that you will find a funeral home that hires out for this, since we do it ourselves as licensed funeral directors.
