Some of the best make-up artists I've ever worked with were self taught. I've been modeling for about 6 years now. I would advise you to browse make-up artists and ask the one's you really like if you could observe them while they work, or even assist them. Experience is all that matters. Schooling is a waste of time. It's a hands on thing.... you should go about it hands on.What are the best steps in pursuing my career as a make up artist?
