Hi, I am a Make-up artist who needs help in how much to charge?

I was living in Los Angeles, and just had the opportunity to work professionally once before I was called home for family reasons. I had been hired by the Queen Mary for their Halloween Haunted House In Los Angeles, California. Now, in Texas, I have been approached to create and apply the make-up for a children's video. I have NO idea how much to ask for. Does anyone have any suggestions?Hi, I am a Make-up artist who needs help in how much to charge?
Eesh, tough call! I guess it depends on the complexity of the job, number of hours, number of children, travel expenses... so many different factors.

hhmmmm.....i'm not good with charging either. but one time i was helping a makeup artist do makeup for the wedding. and i think she got like 200-300 dollars that night. and she put makeup on the bride, the mother, and 3 brides maids.


so i would think like charge each person 20-30 dollars. i dont know. goodluck =)
