Should Hilary Clinton hire a designer and make-up artist to help her look more energetic?

I like Hilary Clinton she is a running presidential candidate for the Democratic Party but she looks tired to me. I would love to see her clothing selections change ( I would volunteer) and a make-up artist create an energetic look on Hilary. What do you think?
